You’re Not the Only One – FAQ
I see a black screen when I put the device on my head.
Press the button on the left side of the device briefly to wake it up.
The VR controller is not responding.
Check the battery status of the controllers in the menu to see if they need to be replaced. If the batteries are fine, try holding the controllers in front of your eyes and pressing some of the buttons. If it still doesn’t work, press and hold the button on the left side of the device until it turns off, then turn it back on.
I see the Boundary circle in a different location from where I'm sitting.
Open the menu using the META QUEST button on the right controller. Go to the menu where the Wi-Fi is displayed and look for the BOUNDARY button. Click on it and recreate the Boundary in your current sitting position.
