Your privacy is important to us. It is the Neao.io policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you from the Neao.io VR app.
We only ask for personal information when we need it to provide a service to you. If we collect information, we do so by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent.
We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.
You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.

Information Collection and Use
We may collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.
Personal Data
Personally identifiable information (“Personal Data”) is not collected or stored by the VR app.
User Credentials
Users may opt to retain credentials on the device by selecting, “remember me” during login. This can be deleted by unchecking, “remember me” at any time. Saved user credentials are also deleted when the app is uninstalled.
Usage Data
We may collect information on how the Service is accessed and used (“Usage Data”). This Usage Data may include information such as the time and date of your visit, the time spent on the app, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data, but does not include personally identifiable information.
Cookies Data & External Storage
We use cookies to remember previous avatar configurations, and external storage to cache local files and to remember a user’s user name when the user requests that.
Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device.
Deleting Collected Data from Device
Any data described above or any other data saved on the VR device can be deleted by uninstalling the VR application.
Use of Data
Neao.io uses the collected data for various purposes:

* To provide analysis or valuable information so that we can improve the Service
* To monitor the usage of the Service
* To detect, prevent and address technical issues
Transfer Of Data

If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.
